There's a new way to access your Amplify Rewards Account
We've made some changes to the way you access your BankSA Amplify Rewards Account online. You can no longer logon directly from this Amplify website. To access your Amplify Rewards Account online, you'll need to logon to your BankSA account via BankSA Internet Banking or the BankSA Mobile Banking App. Only Account Holders are able to redeem rewards.
This change has been made to make it easier and more secure for you to redeem points. The information below will assist you in accessing your Amplify Rewards Account.
For existing Account Holders, there are three ways to access your Amplify Rewards Account.
If your Card Account has been closed in the last 90 days or you've switched to Amplify Qantas, you'll need to call the Amplify Rewards Centre to redeem any points remaining on your account.
For Business Banking customers, access to your Amplify Rewards Account will not be available via Business Banking Online, so you'll need to logon via BankSA Internet Banking. If you aren't already registered, visit banksa.com.au/register to get started.
Logon to BankSA Internet Banking and select your Rewards Credit Card. From the ‘Account Details’ page click on ‘Redeem my points’ and follow the prompts.
Mobile Banking App
Logon to the BankSA Mobile Banking App and select your Rewards Credit Card. From ‘Services’ click on 'Redeem my points' and follow the prompts.
Amplify Rewards Centre
Call the Amplify Rewards Centre on 1300 490 641, Available Monday – Sunday, 7:30am – 10:30pm (SA time) excluding National Public Holidays.
Unlike some other rewards programs, with Amplify Rewards your points will not expire while you are an Amplify Cardholder, giving you all the time you need to redeem. Earn points and redeem1 them how you want and when you need them most, from our extensive range of products, partners, benefits and experiences.

1. The earning and redemption of Amplify Points is subject to the Amplify Rewards Terms and Conditions or Amplify Business Credit Card Rewards Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions outline which purchases are eligible for Points and the circumstances when you will not earn Points, including when your account is overdue. If your Card Account is closed you must use your Points linked to that Card Account within 90 days. For personal cards, purchases or payments to a local, state or Federal Government entity or government related agency are also not eligible to earn Points.

3. You must be a member of the relevant frequent flyer program to redeem Amplify Points for frequent flyer Points and a joining fee may apply. Reward flights may be limited and Points may be subject to expiry once transferred. The Amplify Terms and Conditions and relevant frequent flyer program terms and conditions apply.
Only Account Holders are able to redeem rewards, Additional Cardholders cannot redeem rewards.
